Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General: Remove all packaging.
Remove required amount of fillets from the packaging,
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 7, 23-26 mins
Remove all packaging. Place the fillet onto a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Remove from foil, taking care as excess steam could burn. Season as required and serve. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.
Shallow Fry - From Defrost: Medium, 6-8 mins
Remove required amount of fillets from the packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Defrost in a fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Preheat a little oil in a pan. Place portion in the pan and fry. Turning half way through cooking. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Season as required and serve. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.
