Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the fillet.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 24-26 mins
Remove all packaging. Place the fillet skin side down onto a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Remove from foil, taking care as excess steam could burn. Season as required and serve.
Poach - From Frozen: High, 6-8 mins
Add milk or water to a medium size pan, enough to cover the fillet. Bring to the boil, add fillet and bring back to the boil. Reduce the heat to allow a gentle simmer and cook. Remove fish with a slotted spoon and season as required and serve.

Best before: When stored at -18°C or below
Keep frozen.
