Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled: Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and 1/2 a pack (560g).
200°C, 16 mins
Preheat air-fryer. Lightly brush the steaks with oil, season with salt and pepper and place in the basket in a single layer and place in air-fryer. Turn halfway through cooking.
Cooking Instructions - General: For best results remove from fridge for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Do not overcrowd the basket. Equipment must be cleaned after every use.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat.

Grill - From Chilled: Medium, 18-20 mins
Preheat the grill. Lightly brush the meat with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook, turning occasionally.
