How to use
RINSE BEFORE USE
Three easy steps, to healthy teeth & gums: 1 Brush well with a fluoride toothpaste, at least twice a day, for two minutes. 2 Clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or dental floss/tape at least once a day. 3 Freshen and protect your mouth with mouthwash at other times of the day. Don’t forget to visit your dentist every 6 months.
