xBotanycl Vegan Vitamin D3 is 100% plant-based from lichen, one of the only known plant sources of Vitamin D3. Zero synthetic vitamins or fillers. 4 month supply - providing 2500 IU Vitamin D3 per daily dose.
Most vitamin D on the market is in the form of vitamin D3 derived from sheep's wool or vitamin D2 made synthetically or from fungus.
But Vitamin D2 and D3 are not equal - Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) is different to the vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) made by our skin after exposure to sunlight.
Vitamin D is essential for many areas of health and wellness, including immune function, bones, teeth and muscle health. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so we provide our D3 in a base of coconut oil for superior absorption.
