The mouth offers a great acidity, with floral and citrus aromas: a very nice Chardonnay!
History
At the southern tip of the Mconnais, this vineyard brings together several villages in the North (Priss and Davay) and in the South (Leynes, Chasselas, Chnes, part of Solutr-Pouilly and of course Saint-Vrand) of the Roche de Solutr.

Vinification Details
Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed on arrival at the winery using pneumatic presses. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated at 16C. The wines are aged on fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel.
