Bakeware care and use
- Before first use, wash, dry and lightly grease and line the bakeware
- For perfect baking, reduce the recommended baking temperature by 10-15°C. The bakeware is oven safe to 230°C (446°F or Gas Mark 7)
- We recommend using oven gloves when handling
- This bakeware is safe to keep in the fridge or freezer
- After use, allow it to cool fully before washing. Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating
- In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished. Dry thoroughly
- Over time the non-stick properties will decrease and there may be some discolouration
