Cooking Instructions - General: These are guidelines only, appliances vary, always ensure that product is piping hot before serving.
Microwave - From Frozen: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave for 9 minutes at 850W. Alternatively, heat in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (Gas Mark 4) for 18 minutes. Remove film, stir and enjoy.
Microwave - From Chilled: Remove sleeve, pierce the film lid several times, heat for 4 1/2 mins at 850W, allow to stand for 2 minutes. Remove film, stir and enjoy.
Oven cook - From Chilled: Pre-heat oven at 180°C (Gas Mark 4), remove sleeve, pierce film several times, heat for 9 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes, remove film, stir and enjoy.
