How to use
1.Gently pull your eyelid taut, and place the felt tip as close to your lash line as possible 2.Starting from your inner corner, carefully glide the felt liner along your lash line, staying as close as possible to your eyelashes. 3.Use the tip of the liner to get a fine and defined line and build up to a bolder line with more strokes. For an easy winged eyeliner: Start by mapping out where you want your wing to be. Use the tip to make a dot in the centre of your upper lid, at the outer corner, and in line with the outer edge of your eyebrow. Glide the felt along your lid joining up the three dots and flicking out at the end to create your wing.
