Preparation and Usage
Simply serve with fresh egg noodles and stir fried veg.
Cooking guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 6 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place fish in pan, skin side down. Fry over a medium heat. Turn once. Remove the fish and place on a warm plate.
Add butter to the pan and melt gently.
Spoon melted butter over the fish and serve.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
