Coral is an ecological ros produced at Bodegas Peascal, carbon-neutral, and presented in a lightweight bottle made of recycled and recyclable materials. Fully committed with sustainability and the environment, with each bottle of Coral you contribute to the restoration and conservation of coral reefs, which represent 25% of marine biodiversity.

Coral de Peascal is made from organically grown Tempranillo grapes cultivated in vineyards that follow organic farming practices approved by the European Union. Fully committed with the environment, Coral supports projects for the conservation and restoration of coral ecosystems.

Vinification Details
Tempranillo from organic vineyards is taken to the winery where the colour is gently extracted to create the delightful ros hue. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to enhance the bright, fresh fruit character. After some time resting on lees, the wine is clarified with vegetable protein, making it suitable for vegans.
