We source the finest casks from around the world for our whisky, including first-fill bourbon barrels from Kentucky, wine barriques from France & Portugal and sherry casks from Spain. All barrels are used for full-term maturation, not cask finishing. We use our barrels only once.
We respect our beautiful surroundings and are committed to protecting our environment. Our spent grains feed local cows, our stillage is turned into biogas, and solar energy helps power our distillery.

Ingredients:
50ml Cotswolds No.1 Wildflower Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange twist - to garnish
Method: Stir the Cotswolds Wildflower No.1 Gin + Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass over ice. Pour into a rocks glass with a large block of ice, and garnish with an orange twist zested over the top.
Tasting notes
Subtly spicy and immensely fragrant with cornflowers, lavender, orange blossom and our signature piney juniper note to taste. Lasting finish of smoking embers, floral honey and woody sugars.
