Vinification Details
Chardonnay grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions and the juice is fermented in cool conditions in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, vibrant fruit character. This Chardonnay has subtle peach and melon fruit notes on the nose and palate, with a creamy texture on the finish.
