Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General: For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Grill - From Chilled: Medium /5 Mins
Brush the caps lightly with oil and grill for 3 minutes, then turn the mushrooms and grill for a further 2 minutes.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 10-15 Mins
Brush the mushrooms with oil and bake.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled: Medium / 5 Mins
Melt a knob of butter, add the mushrooms and gently cook.
