Our artisanal pasta is made entirely by hand using flour from a selection of durum wheat varieties that are cultivated and milled in Italy. Our pasta is produced to obtain the optimal coarse texture, and finally dried at a very low temperature for over 72 hours to maintain the integrity of the wheat's protein and amino acids. The slow crafting of our pasta using centuries-old methods ensures you experience the traditional, rustic flavour of Italy with each mouthful.

Preparation and Usage
You will need 1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook pasta for about 7 - 8 mins, until 'al dente'. Drain and dress with sauce or pesto.Package Type
