How to use
Apply gently to the face, neck and eye area with a cotton pad or the fingers. Gently massage skin in circular motions to remove makeup, pollution particles and impurities. Continue on to the lashes and then the lips for a complete purifying and soothing makeup removal. Remove the excess with a cotton pad. OFF/ON Foaming Cleanser infused with purifying water lily* can be used to complement Dior's cleansing milk for perfectly clean skin.
