How to use
Take 1 – 2 230ml servings per day as part of your daily routineTo prepare one 230ml serving:
• Pour approximately 195ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add six level scoops (use scoop included) or 54g of Ensure NutriVigor powder
• Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder before drinking
