Hob - From Ambient. Boil water in a pan then remove the pan from the hob. Put the sealed tray in hot water for approximately 3 minutes.; Microwave - From Ambient. Pierce film lid several times. Heat tray on medium power for approximately 30 seconds. Peel off film carefully as the contents may be hot and stir thoroughly.
