How to use
15g Protein Icon: Add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice. 30g Protein Icon: Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice. Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender.
