For this Jacob's Creek Reserve wine, we searched multiple regions and carefully selected grapes which exhibited delicious flavours of white nectarine and melon. These grapes were then fermented with oak to bring hints of nougat and a creamy mouthfeel to this elegant Chardonnay. A modern cool climate expression of Chardonnay with great balance and length.
Jacob’s Creek is rooted in 170 years of winemaking tradition, which began when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek in 1847. In doing so, Johann founded the Gramp & Sons winery and began a history of winemaking innovation that continues today.
