How to use
• Use on clean, dry skin every morning
• Designed for the face, neck and head
• Apply 15 minutes before going outside
• Reapply throughout the day for maximum protection
• If using as a sunscreen, re-apply every two hours and especially after swimming, sweating or towelling
• To get the stated protection, use 5ml (one teaspoon) per body part: head, arm, leg, back, chest
