Preparation and Usage
Thai Green Chicken Curry.
Cooking Time: 13-16 minutes
Ingredients:
280g chicken, diced into approx. 4cm cubes.
60g green beans, whole.
60g baby corn, cut in half length ways.
Method:
1. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and pan fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden.
2. Add the green beans and baby corn along with the jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Do not reheat.
Serve with: Jasmine rice
