M&S Young Spinach Washed & Ready to Eat

These tender spinach leaves can be steamed, boiled or stir-fried. 1 of your 5 a day. High in Vitamin A. Serves 4.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C.

Boil - From Chilled. Bring pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into pan, cover and simmer for 3-4 mins. Drain and serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results steam.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pierce film once where shown on front of pack. Place on a microwaveable plate.

850W 3 mins, 30 secs
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins. Guide for one pack only. Multiple packs will require longer cooking.; Steam - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam for 3-4 mins.
