A flavoured gin distilled from Juniper, Coriander, Italian Pink Grapefruit, and 4 further botanicals. The COLOUR is a very pale rose, the AROMA is bright, fresh grapefruit, rich Rhubarb, citrys and anise, and the FLAVOUR is rich, fresh citrus grapefruit with a rich and long juniper finish. Distilled in a stainless vacuum still for 5 hours and then blended with spring water and cut to 41% ABV.

50ml Prosecco
Orange wheel
Thyme sprig

Directions: build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wheel, thyme sprig & strawberry slices.
