Korean BBQ steak skewers:
2 x Thick cut rib eye steaks (makes 8 skewers
1 x Korean BBQ kit
1/2 Tbsp oil
Method
1. Cut the steaks into 2cm chunks and put onto skewers and brush with half of the Korean BBQ sauce sachet.
2. In a frying pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil and on a medium heat sear each side of the kebab for 1 minute, or cook on a pre-heated BBQ.
For best results, cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour but ideally overnight.
3. Remove from pan and brush the rest of the marinade onto the skewers, then sprinkle evenly with the Furikake sprinkle. Serve.
