How to applyWith inner tag at top of support, position bottom of support at top of buttocks. Pull left flap towards body and secure main fastener around waist/back

Grasp power straps at opposite sides and pull simultaneously towards front. Tighten to desired level of compression and then fasten.

Check the support is secure, not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted.
