Place the product on a microwave-safe plate and heat uncovered for 2-3 minutes per unit at maximum power level. Do not overcook. Let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200C (400F) Gas Mark 7-8. Heat for 10-15 minutes, turning once.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Preheat oil to 175C, fry gently for 3-5 minutes after thawing. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
