1 Measure 5 heaped dessert spoons (30g) of Ready brek into a microwaveable bowl.
2 Mix with 150ml of milk and stir.
3 Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through.*
Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie
100g/3 1/2 oz strawberries (about 8)
Handful of blueberries
1 tbsp Ready break Original
150ml/1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk or milk of your choice (fortified unsweetened soya milk or fortified unsweetened almond milk work well)
Makes 300ml/1/2 pint - 1 x large tumbler
Put strawberries and blueberries into the blender or juicer, sprinkle over the Ready Brek Original then pour over the milk. Blitz until well blended then pour out into tumblers and serve straight away or refrigerate and serve cold.
