Cooking instructions: Hob
Before cooking: Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan. During cooking: Fry the lean beef mince and diced onion for 6 minutes over a high heat until brown. Drain excess liquid. Add sachet contents, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato puree and 125ml water. Bring to the boil, stirring. Cover, reduce to a low heat and simmer gently for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is tender. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
