xThe PIC01 portable induction hob is deisgned to integrate seamlessly into both modern and traditional kitchens.User friendly and easily transportable, the new hob is suitable for pots and pans with a diameter between 12 and 24 centimeters. It is equipped with a touch control display which allows you to select up to 9 power levels and a boost mode.
The external temperature probe is equipped with two functions, probe target mode, which will allow you to set the target temperature to automatically stop cooking once this has been reached or probe timer mode, in which you would set a timer that maintains the desired temperature for a specific amount of time.
There are three addtional preset programs that are incorporated with the portable induction hob, Keep warm, Fry and Barbecue. These programs are taylored to cater to a variety of different meal preparations from vegetables, meats and sweet treats there is a setting for you.
