Taste Tradition's rare and traditional breed cattle are reared using old-fashioned methods which allow the flavour to grow into the meat. These breeds carry additional fat which helps to infuse moisture and offer a distinctive flavour into the meat whilst it cooks.
This joint is cut from the hindquarter and is excellent for roasting or cutting into steaks.
