Preparation and Usage
Microwave: Pour contents into microwaveable bowl and cover loosely. Heat on full power (800w) for 3 1/2 mins, stirring halfway through.
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium heat for 4-5 mins.
Ensure sauce is piping hot before serving.
Recipe Idea: To make a Lamb Casserole, brown off 4 lamb steaks in 1 tbsp of oil.
Add onion, garlic and carrots and cook until golden. Place into a casserole dish and pour over the Redcurrant & Rosemary Gravy and a splash of red wine or stock. Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours at 180c or until the meat is cooked and tender.
Top Tip: Add a handful of sliced mushrooms into the casserole 30 mins before serving and garnish with freshly parsley. Delicious with potato wedges and fresh vegetables.Package Type
