How to use
Attach the Hot or Cold ring to the device, turn ON the Ring setting to the desired level and wait fifteen seconds for the first beep. Test that the temperature setting is comfortable prior to use. We recommend using the Hot Ring with the TheraOne conductive gel for enhanced experience. The cold attachment can be used with your favourite percussive attachment for ultimate treatment to de-puff and relax your facial muscles. The hot attachment can be used with your favourite serum, oil or moisturiser or can be used on bare skin.
