How to use
1. Separate the white from the yolk of the egg. 2. Beat the egg white for 5-7 minutes with a whisk to form stiff peaks. 3. Add the sugar powder carefully to the beaten egg white and fold with a spoon. 4. Add the mixture to a decorating bag and glue the train together. 5. Add water to the remaining mixture to form a glaze 6. Brush glaze over the biscuits to prevent them going stale. 7. Use the discs and remaining icing to decorate the train
