The journey of this classic floral Gin is born from a distillation with traditional Japanese rice spirit. Our balance, harmony and equilibrium is the result of carefully sourced Japanese Sakura blossom and native botanicals.
In Japan there's a fleeting period during spring when the sakura (cherry) blossoms are in full bloom. In a tradition known as "Hanami" people head out to celebrate the cascading of these blooms and the change of season. Our UKIYO Blossom Gin is a celebration of this moment.
UKIYO Blossom Gin is a multi-award winner across spirits competitions including an IWSC Design Award and a silver medal in the 2024 London Spirits Competition in the Gin category where it was described as "a contemporary gin with barley and floral notes on the nose, offering a smooth palate and a beautiful aftertaste".

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
To fully stir the senses, serve UKIYO Blossom gin over ice with premium tonic or soda water and a slice of lemon or why not try in a cocktail.
Blossom Gin & Tonic:
50ml UKIYO Blossom Gin
Top up with tonic water
Serve in a highball glass with cubed ice and garish with tangerine slices.
Orange Gin Blossom:
45ml UKIYO Blossom Gin
45ml fresh Orange Juice
15ml Cointreau Liqueur
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a martini glass and add an orange twist to serve.
Blossom Gin Martini:
50ml UKIYO Blossom Gin
25ml Vermouth
Stir into a Martini glass and garnish with preserved Sakura flower.
