Hob - From Ambient. To serve four, measure 2 cups of rice. Wash the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, bring plenty of water to the boil. Place the rice in the saucepan. Return to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain water completely and serve.
