Preparation and Usage
Recommended daily dosage: 70mg per day.
Spray:
Use approx. 3 sprays in the morning & 3 sprays in the evening.
1 spray = 11.2mg CBD
6 sprays = 67.2mg CBD
Pipette:
Fill up to the second mark (0.4ml) on the pipette in the morning & repeat (0.4ml) in the evening.
0.4ml pipette = 32mg CBD
0.8ml pipette = 64mg CBD
0.4ml pipette = 8 drops
Directions for use: Shake well before opening. Spray or drop directly under your tongue (sublingually), and hold for at least 90 seconds, until fully absorbed.
