Preparation and Usage
Nectarines have a sweet and meaty flesh that's perfect when eaten on it's own. Nectarines dont need peeling. If you want to peel them, cover the ripe fruit with boiling water, leave for 15 seconds, then drain and peel. Sliced nectarines can be used in sweet or savoury salads and halved nectarines can be either baked or grilled.
