Regional Information
Pays d'Oc IGP wines come from grapes grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the south of France. A sun-drenched area with a Mediterranean climate.

Vinification Details
The wine was fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks to preserve fruit flavour. Aged on American and French oak and a partial malolactic ferment to bring up the complexity.
